Mohammad Moghabat is also a co-founder at HuMENA for Human Rights and Civic Engagement based in Brussels-Belgium where he acts as their Outreach and Development Manager. He holds a BA in Law from Beirut Arab University, an LL.M. in International and European Law from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels (VUB), and he is currently pursuing his Ph.D.in International Constitutionalization at VUB also, where he researches International Constitutional Law; its formation, structure, actors, and possible unification of its norms and principles, presenting International Constitutional Law as an independent branch of Public International Law. Mohammad Moghabat is an Expert on Anti-corruption Regulation and Transparency in the Public Sector. His main focus is on Access Information, Public Procurement, Financial Courts, Central Inspections, Asset Recovery, Illicit Enrichment, Anti-money Laundering, Beneficial Ownership. He is also an expert on International Human Rights Law and Mechanisms with a focus on the Right to Freedom of Opinion and Expression, the Right to Access to Information, the Right to Freedom of Assembly and Association, Digital and Privacy Rights, and the Right not to be Subject to Torture.
