The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all Agreements: "You" and "Your" refer to you, the person who is logged in to this website and agrees to TI-terms LB's and conditions, or any other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the service as applicable. "TI-LB," "Ourselves," "We," "Ourselves," and "Us" all refer to Transparency International - Lebanon Beirut. TI - LB "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refers to both the person who is logged in to this website and ourselves. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are considered interchangeable and thus refer to the same.

Country refers to: Lebanon.

- Trademarked (including the term 'brand', the TI-LB logo or the former LTA logo).

- Accordingly, reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, recording, translation, commercialization, in whole or in part, by any process and in any medium (paper, digital, etc.) for distribution anywhere, requires prior written consent from TI-LB.

- Unless otherwise stated, TI-LB and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights of all SOG Materials. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from the SOG for personal use only, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions.

- You should not:
• Sell, rent, or sublicense any material from SOG;
• Replicate, duplicate or copy SOG materials;
• Share content from SOG.

- We reserve the right to remove or edit any inappropriate content or activity that has been identified or reported to us. We may separately suspend, disable, or terminate a user's access to all or part of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate or are charged with violating others' copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
If you believe that materials on the platform infringe on your intellectual property rights, you may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it be restricted.

You hereby grant TI-LB a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce, and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

In any case, we cannot be held liable for the content or products or services offered on sites to which the site may be linked via hypertext links or other types of links.

- All users participating in Content Offerings must agree to follow the code below:

1. I will register for only one account, unless the SOG expressly allows me to register for multiple accounts;
2. My answers to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments will be my own work (except for assignments that explicitly allow collaboration);
3. I will not make homework, quizzes, exams, projects, or other assignments solutions available to anyone else (except to the extent an assignment explicitly permits sharing solutions). This includes both my solutions and any solutions provided by the course staff or others.
4. I will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve or harm my results or the results of others.
