Rana Rizkallah Fares
Rana Rizkallah Fares is a Senior Public Procurement Expert at the Institute of Finance Basil Fuleihan. She has been working on modernizing the public procurement system for more than 10 years. She is key expert involved in the public procurement reform in Lebanon. In this context, she worked on the drafting of the new public procurement law and accompanied the discussions of the draft law in Parliament until its promulgation in June 2021, and provided policy advise to parliamentarians. Rana Rizkallah Fares is also a lecturer at La Sagesse University, and expert trainer and advocate of good practices in public procurement. She holds an International MBA from Dauphine University in Paris and an Executive MBA from Saint Joseph University in Beirut
