About This Course

This self-paced course provides a clear and practical introduction to corruption, its most common forms, and how it appears within public institutions. It outlines the crimes defined in Lebanese legislation, including the Anti-Corruption Law, the Illicit Enrichment Law, and the Access to Information Law, and explains the roles, powers, and challenges of the main oversight bodies. The course also introduces the tools available to learners to strengthen accountability and transparency, including the “Ekhbar” platform for safe reporting and requesting information.
